Given the slowdown in the profit growth of Indian companies, the possibility of the continuity of Greenspan’s monetary policy in the USA and the risk of the crude price curve moving upwards, I personnaly recommend a cautious approach to the market.
More so now, when the Sensex has just kissed the important milestone of 10,000. The market would be volatile, in my opinion, and ride on the expectations of the Union Budget 2007-08 in the near term.
